Years ago, a mentor of mine told me that most people are the direct average of the five people they spend the most time around – in almost every area of life. Among your closest contacts, you probably earn more than some, but less than others – you’re probably fitter than some, but less healthy than a few – and so on…
So, he said, the easiest way to change any aspect of your life, is to change the people that you’re spending the most time with. If you want to reach your health & fitness goals, the best thing you can do is surround yourself with people that are already living the way you want to!
