Join us for MID-Day Camp in the PARK!
Starting April 19th … meet us every Tuesday and Thursday from noon – 1pm at Meadowood Park in Lutherville Timonium (10650 Falls Rd, across from Greenspring Station).
Bring your towels, mats and water and be ready for an hour of cardio, abs and toning in a beautiful park setting!
Cost is drop-in rate of $20 per camp. Cash/Credit Card payments will be taken at camp.
Camps are weather permitting. If we have to cancel, we’ll email/text everyone who has signed up. So email services@mbsfitnesslab to let us know you’re coming!
